› Rotary Frequency Converters 50/50 Hz – 50/400 Hz for a low-distorsion power supply

Rotary frequency converters consist of a synchronous generator and an electric drive, which, depending on the design, is an induction motor or a synchronous motor.

Due to the rotating frequency conversion, no distortions occur due to switching operations of power semiconductors. The quality of the output voltage is therefore far superior to static converters and in most cases even better than that of the public power grid. Mains and consumers are galvanically separated from each other.

Our frequency converters are manufactured in enclosure type IP 23 and IP 54 and in the frequency ranges from 50 to 400 Hz, in a monoblock design or as a machine set. According to the needs of our customers. The types in enclosure type IP 23 are enclosed ventilated machines. IP 54 machines are rib-cooled.

On request, complete systems with control cabinet are available. For noise-optimized systems, we also supply the converters with conversion hood.
